Jason E. Zove is the Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Zove Strategies, LLC, a company he launched in March 2023 to meet a growing need for personalized representation, strategic visibility, and clear, impactful communication. With a background rooted in public service and a career built on trust, insight, and results, Jason brings a dynamic blend of strategic thinking and hands-on experience to his work with talent, organizations, and mission-driven brands.

Before entering the private sector, Jason served for more than a decade as a Legislative Aide at both the County and Town levels of government, where he acted as a trusted liaison between elected officials and the communities they served. His deep experience in public affairs sharpened his ability to manage complex operations, lead with integrity, and guide individuals and organizations through high-stakes decisions. Known for his responsiveness and collaborative approach, Jason became a go-to advisor for business leaders, educators, and community stakeholders alike.

Today, as the leader of Zove Strategies, Jason is passionate about helping artists, creative professionals, athletes, speakers, and thought leaders grow their careers with intention and impact. Under his leadership, the firm offers tailored talent management, booking services, and strategic communications support, empowering clients to define their brand, seize meaningful opportunities, and tell their story with clarity and confidence.

David J. LeBlanc serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Zove Strategies. In his role, he oversees all aspects of the firm’s internal operations while driving client-facing initiatives. He leads strategic planning, operational design, financial oversight, and cross-functional execution.

With a strong foundation in business strategy and economics, David combines analytical rigor with practical insight. His professional background spans real estate, law enforcement, project management, and corporate strategy—bringing a grounded, adaptive leadership style to complex environments. He specializes in aligning teams, optimizing workflows, and building systems that balance innovation with accountability.

Drawing on lessons from his career in both public and private sectors, David brings a unique perspective to the conversation on leadership and civic duty. He is the author of Sustaining the Great Experiment, a reflective work that examines American democracy, civic responsibility, and the evolving role of policing in society. The book offers both a personal and professional perspective on the responsibilities tied to public service and freedom. All proceeds are donated to support the families of fallen law enforcement officers.

Beyond his executive role, David is actively engaged in higher education and community leadership. He serves on the Saint Leo University Alumni Board and was instrumental in launching Saint Leo Connect, a platform aimed at strengthening alumni engagement, mentorship, and career development.

David holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Western Governors University and a bachelor’s degree from Saint Leo University, where he double-majored in Political Science and Criminal Justice with a specialization in Homeland Security. He is a firm believer in continuous learning and remains committed to growing as a leader, strategist, and lifelong student of change.
