Jason E. Zove founded Zove Strategies, LLC in March 2023 and has served as President and Chief Executive Officer since its inception. In starting his own consulting practice, Jason uses his persuasive oral and writing skills to advance the causes and profiles of a wide variety of clients.
Prior to entering the private sector, Jason has served as a Legislative Aide in both County and Town government for over 10 years, managing daily operations and serving as a contact point for personnel and the communities in which he served. Business leaders, school administrations and residents alike have come to rely on Jason for his accessibility, attention to detail, ability to work with stakeholders and partners to ensure compliance and success, determination in taking swift action, and his unfailing reliability in solving problems and untangling bureaucracy.
Jason has enjoyed planning events, writing and working with members of the press, fundraising for various grassroots efforts, designing advertising pieces and marketing strategies to navigate through the digital age, and is looking to bring his skill set to help nonprofit organizations, political campaign operations, small businesses and talent artists grow.
A lifelong Long Island resident, Jason attended and graduated from the Commack School District. After high school, Jason began his collegiate studies at Indiana University Bloomington to pursue his interest in becoming an Educator, later transferring back home to Long Island to earn his B.A. degree from Hofstra University, with a dual major in Secondary Social Studies Education and History. Jason continued his learning and professional development at Stony Brook University, achieving a M.A. degree in Liberal Studies with concentrations in Education, History, Political Science and Public Policy.
David J. LeBlanc serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Zove Strategies, LLC and has a diverse background that includes seven years of service as a police officer in the New York City Police Department. Following this, David successfully transitioned to the private sector, leveraging the insights and skills acquired during his tenure in law enforcement. This unique blend of experiences underscores his commitment to public service and community well-being.
David has demonstrated expertise in various fields, including project management, real estate, and business development. His versatile skill set encompasses political science, business planning, strategy development, economics, accounting, project management, student development, and public speaking.
Beyond his corporate responsibilities, David also enjoys writing, as evidenced by his published book "Sustaining The Great Experiment: An Exposition For Building Safer American Communities." This work not only showcases his passion for meaningful dialogue, but it also reflects his dedication to addressing societal challenges. All profits from the book are donated to charities supporting the families of fallen law enforcement officers.
David currently serves as the Treasurer on the Alumni Board of Directors for Saint Leo University. This role demonstrates his ongoing commitment to his alma mater, further emphasizing his dedication to education, community engagement, and fostering a sense of connection among fellow alumni. David exemplifies a holistic approach to positive change, both professionally and philanthropically.
David earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Saint Leo University in Political Science and Criminal Justice with a specialization in Homeland Security. David also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Western Governors University.
